Talk about suspense! The young narrator is handicapped with cerebral palsy and he fears his own father. He holds a fear that his father may decide to kill him so his misery will end. Think back to Dial M for Murder, and you will have a feel for how this slowly coils up ready to spring. How will it end? Great tension - for 12 and up.
