All I can say is that she’s done it again! Thirteen years prior to the beginning of this story, a young woman, named Angela Dupre, started a job at an airline counter. On her first day, she noticed a plane parked outside a gate with no one attending to it, so she opened the door to the plane and found herself looking at thirty-six babies -no adults, just babies. Now, meet thirteen-year-old Jonah, an adopted boy who lives with his annoying sister, Katherine, and his fairly normal parents. All seems pretty average until the day the mailman brings a letter addressed to Jonah that says, “Beware. They’re coming back to get you.” Is this some kind of teenage prank? Then, Chip’s friend gets the same letter and learns that he, too, is adopted. What is the answer to the mystery in this town?
