Gina has told everyone she is going to be the star of the play at the Zigzag Afternoon center, before the play has even been written!  Her friend Destiny also wants to be the star.  SO with some bumps along the way, everyone’s individual talents are recognized and all the students at the afterschool center shine. Short sentences with familiar words make this a good choice for an independent reader.
