The Hartford brothers and the three Malloy sisters have decided to create a newspaper for their school assignment for the summer. Nothing could go too well when pronounced neighbor nemeses have to work together, but each of them has decided to at least be civil with each other since the girls are moving back to Ohio at the end of summer. What could possibly go wrong? As the summer progresses, the Malloy's and the Hartford's are finding out more about Buckman, West Virginia, than they ever expected. Haunted houses and ghosts keep them occupied and deep within their research, but when they get caught up in the gossip of it all, they find out there are consequences for not getting the details correct.
