Have you read Henry and Mudge? Well, here are their next door neighbors, Annie and her bunny, Snowball. Henry and Annie are cousins and they like to play together. Henry never makes fun of Annie so they get along great. Then, one day Annie gets tired of living in a plain house and wants to have some pretty things. Henry invites her up to his attic where there are so many wonderful possibilities for decorating a plain house to make it a very pretty house. The pink lamp with the beads, the fancy mirror and a lovely chipped angel all get marched over to Annie's house. Now everything is just beautiful! Ice cream all around.
