Another summer on Cape Cod and Willa is ready with her stack of skinny-punch books, her chance to plan her first wedding, her boyfriend, JFK, and her best friend, Tina. But this is a summer that will not go as planned. Tina is spending her time with Ruby Sivler and JFK seems distracted. There's talk of making the beach available only to property owners and even Bramblebriar, the bed and breakfast run by Willa's mom, is in need of some "green" improvements. Light and skimming across the surface of life, this would make a nice read on the beach.
