Clementine's class is putting on a show- THE TALENT PALOOZA. Everyone is excited about their talent. They'll be dancing, singing, turning cartwheels! Only one kid is glum. She can't sing or dance or even hop. Guess who? Yes, that would be Clementine. Her friend, Margaret, has 26 talents-one for each letter of the alphabet. Clementine decides to try "T" for tap-dancing. She even makes her own tap dance shoes by nailing bottle tops to her sneaker soles. But, she's absolutely not a dancer. Obviously though, Clementine is a thinker and a risk taker and a funny character to know and to love. Wonder what she'll finally do in the TALENT PALOOZA? Submitted by M.G.
