Madame President, Libby Johnson, has just called to order a meeting of the Boris Avenue Beauties dog club. Boris is Annie Bananie’s dog, and Annie Bananie is Libby’s best friend. Libby wishes she had a dog. She’s the only one in the club with no dog. Then, the girls all start talking about their “pain.” One has a broken arm, and one has had her appendix taken out and she has a scar. The girls become the Pain Sisters, and once again, Libby doesn’t belong. First no dog and now, no pain. It’s hard to be the outsider. So, Libby comes up with a plan.
