If I Never Forever Endeavor

This is the poetic journey of a young bird peeking out and wondering if it should risk leaving its nest. It could stay safely at home where it feels comfortable but if that is the choice, then what will be missed? Should it endeavor? As the bird thinks carefully through the possibilities both filled with joy and failure, we swoop and soar and wait and wonder about our own choices. Should we risk? What will we miss? But set against page after page of blue skies and the little moments of excitement and success, we join the bird in its moment and hope it will choose to go out into the world to share its wonder with us all.
