It's a regular day in penguin land at the zoo. They get up and, "swim, eat fish, play penguin games..." you get the idea. Then all the people come to see the penguins and when they leave there is something very interesting sitting on a rock by their pool. What is it? Oh, it's a camera! One of the penguins knows what to do with a camera. So all the other penguins look at the camera lens and say, "Fish." In fact, they all want a turn with the camera. The next morning the Zookeeper puts the camera in the lost and found until a little girl comes to claim it. When the film gets developed, there are a lot of pictures of zoo animals and an amazing number of penguins. This is very playful and hilarious as the penguins experiment with the new gadget. Great read aloud.
