We all can recite Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed in our sleep but do you know about the Five Little Penguins Slipping on the Ice? Sometimes you need a read aloud that gets the kids moving and shaking. Here's a great winter story ready and willing to do the job. This time though we do a countdown. Starting with five penguins, one slips on the ice and now there are four. So, they slide near a tree, skate all around, jump up high and each time the mother calls the doctor and he tells her no more of that! But, at the end, there are no penguns so the mother calls the doctor and the doctor says, "Let those penguins have some fun." Woohoo!
