Round and Round Again

Mama knows how to recycle and she's collecting all sorts of "treasures" to use over and over again. In fact she's going to build a whole house using recycled objects. Things go round and round again. The text is a rhyming kaleidoscope of use and re-use and familiar objects find themselves used in very unusual ways. This is a wonderful way to show children how to stop throwing away and to start thinking of creative ways to use what they already own. I've had many a teacher pick this one when preparing for a family reading event about ecology, conservation and recycling.
