Fancy Nancy is going to get a puppy. She’s hoping to get a papillon just like her neighbor. (Papillon is French for butterfly, by the way) So, Nancy tries out puppy-sitting for the papillon. She scoops the poop, grooms her and even introduces her to her doll. Such a sense of responsibility this fancy girl has.
