The four resourceful private eyes, Snitch, Wizard, Tubby and Skinny are on the case when Snitch's cat, Mildred, goes missing. Who would steal a cat? They have a plan to lure her back and they certainly succeed in finding cats. This is an entertaining easy reader centering on kids doing kid-sized things. How nice to have a mystery at an early reading level.
