A new puppy, Pal, has come to live at Arthur's house, and we all know a new puppy can bring some challenging moments. Arthur is supposed to be in charge of training Pal. He ends up with a lot of "excitement" all over his pants and D.W.'s volunteering to "get her whip." Hilarious as always and a bit of a mystery as things begin disappearing, and no one seems to know why.
