Lady Charlotte Edmonds has lived a very sheltered and privileged life; she has been raised in a very structured upper-crust society. Always being told what to do by her mother, being ignored by her father but yet expected to live a life that is suffocating her. Charlotte is an adventurer and wants to experience life on her own terms.
Janie Seward is a very hard working and clever kitchen maid. She loves to cook but wonders if she could do more with her life. But does she have the courage it takes to follow her dreams of cooking in higher positions?
