Thirteen-year-old Peter Raven has just joined the crew of the HMS Torren of the Royal Navy. He is about to take part in a great adventure on the high seas as they find themselves up against Napoleon and his plan to take over the United States. They are up against an evil pair, some pirates and the agents of Napoleon.
