Brothers and their little sisters can have a hard time getting along sometimes even if they are mice. Meet Benny and his little sister, Penny. Benny is having a wonderful time playing pirate ship all by himself when along comes Penny. She wants to play too. He wants none of it. She wants a huggy. As he tries to escape from Penny, Benny finds himself face to face with a pretty scary looking spider. Finally he agrees to play hide and seek. Penny hides in a box and Benny doesn't hunt for her. He goes back to playing pirate until his conscience starts to nag him. Where could she be? This is a graphic novel early reader filled with gently drawn illustrations. There is some name-calling but it is nicely resolved in the end. 32 pages Ages 4-7
