Henry and Mudge Book 1: The First Book

Henry is an only child and since he has no brothers and sisters he would really, really like a dog. He starts considering various dog options. But the perfect dog doesn't come along. What does come along is a 180 pound dog that doesn't fit Henry's idea of what he's searching for. Well, until that 180 pound dog goes missing. Sometimes it takes not having something to make you appreciate something, someone or some dog. It's the beginning of a truly beautiful friendship.
