Mary decides Harry Spooger must be up to something; he's been acting funny and seems to have magical powers which he attributes to invisible "purple people" that tell him things. Horrible Harry is fed up with Mary's doubts and promises to prove that the purple people do exist by bringing one to the class tea party. Do magical purple people really exist or is Harry up to his horrible tricks again?
