Jackson Jones is cool. Or least he was cool until he got braces. Now none of his friends wants to have anything to do with him. By accident he finds his way through a locker into a secret lab in his school where some kids he recognizes are working on a project. This isn't any ordinary school assignment though. This is an assortment of kids that Jackson has been bullying for years. They're all nerds-brainy, inhaler carrying, glue eating, junk food stuffing nerds. But the tables have turned and Jackson, desperate for some companionship, is going to find he's the one on the outside looking in. These Nerds have superpowers. They've all received upgrades to what was their once greatest nerd factor. They're a team now and they are about to kidnap a valuable research scientist to keep her out of the hands of Dr. Jigsaw or the entire world will be in danger of being destroyed. Can Jackson find a way to earn the friendship of his former victims? Will they all be killed by the hired assassin, the Hyena, in the process? Hilarous and adventure-packed.
