Sam Fox begins this adventure by trying to save his twin
brothers when they are carried away by a hot air balloon. Instead of
rescuing the brothers, he ends up as part of the adventure that includes
an encounter with an extremely poisonous Sydney funnel-web spider. The
excitement builds as one of the brothers is bitten by the spider and Sam is
in a desperate race to save him.
Each chapter brings a new element into the life-or-death adventures of
the boys. A near collision with a bus and then power lines is only the
beginning. The boys end up landing in the Taronga zoo among some of
