Charlie Ashanti returns home to find his scientist parents have been kidnapped. Charlie astutely discerns the danger he himself might be in and makes his escape before he too can be captured. Who is after them and why? As Charlie tucks himself away on a ship floating down the Thames, he finds he can speak "cat" and this special ability proves a powerful tool, as on his way to Paris, he looses the lions at the zoo to work on his behalf.
